At Crossroads, our only mission is to assist each individual in acquiring the skills they need for making a healthy "choice for change."

As an outpatient facility, our teams of Chemical Dependency and Domestic Violence Professionals can design a treatment program that will allow a client to continue to live at home, go to work or school, and still enjoy the positive benefits of treatment.
We have day, evening, and weekend programs which gives us the ability to create a treatment schedule to fit your life. Crossroads is a preferred provider for a number of insurance carriers; including Group Health, Regence, Cigna, Premera, PacificCare, Molina, First Choice, Blue Cross, and Blue Shield. Individual, interest free, payment plans are also available.
